Appointments

We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.

Insurance Policies with Deductibles

If you or your child has a private health insurance policy that has a deductible a $75.00 payment with be collected at time of service. This is applicable to all visits excepts annual physical exams. A statement will be mailed to you for the difference if your insurance applies more than $75.00 to your deductible. A refund will be issued to you if your insurance applies less than $75.00 to your deductible.

Payment Options

Insurance plans vary and may cover anywhere from zero to 95% of your medical costs. You are responsible for any amount not covered by your plan. We do accommodate families that have no health insurance and that are self pay .Copays are due at the time services are rendered. We accept Master Card, Visa, checks and cash.

Appointment Scheduling Details

It is necessary that we work by appointments. Appointments may be scheduled by calling our office. Same day appointments are available. Unfortunately, emergencies do occur which occasionally cause delay in our schedule. However, we will try our best to honor your appointment time. Missed appointments create substantial problems. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.
